Our employees are awesome.  They’re hardworking, fun, folks who deserve a little recognition every once in a while–but not too often So, in order to do this we’ve decided to have our first annual Surgie Awards ceremony!

Here’s what ’s going to happen…

Nominations will be created during the next few weeks, with each of us writing down ridiculous/funny (or ridiculously funny) awards for one another.  Then, on December 21st we will have our mega-awesome awards ceremony, where the top nominations (chosen by Devon and Matt) will be awarded to each employee!  We’ve already begun nominating up a storm, so Matt and Devon have a lot of reading to do!

If you’ve seen the Dundie epidode of The Office, you know how this thing will play out , only our ceremony will be…Surgier (I think I just made up a new word).  We’re even going to have trophies, with the award title engraved on the front!  How sweet is that?!

Needless to say, we’re pretty excited about this, and we look forward to sharing the results with you!
