At Surge we take things seriously.  We take them so seriously that it looks like we’re coasting all the time.  The reason that we all look so laid back and relieved is that our culture shares the same values and beliefs when it comes to our customers and our business.  As a staff we met, brainstormed, wrote and personally adopted our list Core Values that serve as a guideline for everything that we do.
