Formed over a century ago, Kaeser & Blair is the backbone of Surge Promotions.  Keaser & Blair provides us with the resources and tools needed to provide our clients with the best services that we can offer.  Kaeser provides us with the support needed on the back-end, so that we can create the most productive and efficient environment for our clients.  It’s nice to know that you have a crew of over 50 people working for you and your clients at any given time!  Having this support allows us to concentrate on your business – from goals to action.  Below is just a few areas in which Keaser & Blair provide over a century of experience.

Professional Support

Having our own dealer services rep does a lot for us.  Every order we have for our clients is funneled through our Dealer Services Rep, who guides it from credit and proofing all the way to fulfillment.  Acting as the liaison to our suppliers, our Dealer Services Rep works the trenches of order management, staying on top of deadlines, proofs, and any changes or issues that may arise.  They do the dirty work to make sure our clients shine!

Accounting Support

The credit department at Kaeser and Blair handles all of our Acknowledgments, PO’s, Billing and Accounts Receivable.  And take it from us, that is a huge undertaking.  By taking literally hundreds of orders per day allows them to streamline all of their processes and become very skilled at what they do.  We can sleep at night knowing that all of the dedicated employees in this department make certain K&B maintains its impeccable 3A1 credit rating by paying all of their 110,000+ invoices within terms, even early if the vendor offers cash discounts. It’s no wonder our suppliers cooperate so willingly with the marketing department. Kaeser & Blair is within the top 1% of the industry for timely payments.

Information Technology

Sharing information at incredible speed is no longer an option. To maintain the leadership position in the promotional products industry, K&B is dedicated to staying abreast of the latest technology in computer networking, telecommunications and the internet. Heading up the K&B IT Department is Scott Baker. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science from Northern Kentucky University and had previously earned an Associate degree in graphic design from Morehead State University. As Network Administrator Scott must make sure everything works, all the time! No simple task, but critical to the success of every K&B Dealer.
