Position Summary:

Surge Promotions, Inc is seeking a professional sales executive to grow existing accounts as well as prospect, develop and close new business.

This position will also include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Ability to set and achieve monthly revenue targets and gross profit margins
• Locate new streams of leads
• Negotiate contracts
• Develop your market through networking and adding value to every business relationship
• Adapt to new product lines and selling methods
• Optional travel

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of prospecting, developing and closing new business in a B2B selling environment
• Very strong organization, problem solving, and intrapersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work within a team environment on a self-sufficient basis.

Compensation Package:

• This position is commission based after a two month period with a potential to earn $30,000 — $50,000.
• PTO — Vacation and Sick Days
• Health Insurance
• Retirement
