Surge Promotions, Inc. is looking for an Account Executive to join our existing customer service team!

Position Summary:

Surge Promotions, Inc is seeking a professional Account Executive to work one on one with our customers throughout the timeline of their projects. This candidate will be working with businesses, schools, churches, organizations, etc. on events, marketing campaigns, fundraisers and other projects where our products can be implemented.

This position will also include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Initial creative concepts of decorated apparel and promotional product projects
Researching, quoting and presenting projects
Create brand loyalty by being the liaison of our organization’s core values
Adapt to new product lines and selling methods
Provide AMAZING customer service at all times
Start projects with customers, complete them as friends
Infrequent travel

Required Skills:

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong organization and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work within a team environment on a self-sufficient basis.

Compensation Package:

$8.50 – $9.00/hr based on experience
Health and Dental Insurance after 6 months
Paid Time Off after 6 months
