We are so glad to offer apparel for Madison Middle School Girls Soccer-Players! Before diving in to your favorite new apparel, here are a few important notes about your purchasing from this custom webstore:

1. Please note that the Spirit Pack ($75 total) is part of your uniform and practice gear and is required for each player.  The spirit pack consists of one practice jersey design 1, one practice jersey design 2, one pair of black shorts, one pair of graphite socks and one pair of black socks.
2. Longsleeves and hoodies are optional.
3. Practice Jersey designs are for players only.
4. All items are sold on a pre-order basis. This web store is open now and will be closed on the morning of July 23rd at noon.
   
5. When orders are completed and sorted, they will be available to pick up from the coach. You can email Felicia with any questions.
   
6. No printed merchandise in this store is available to view or purchase at Surge.
7. All sales are final. If we happened to have made a mistake on your order (wrong size, misprint, etc.) we will be happy to fix the issue. Unfortunately no returns are available for printed garments.
