Many areas in and around Owsley County have suffered devastating destruction from the recent historic flood. Numerous businesses and homes have been damaged or destroyed, leaving residents and business owners to start from scratch.
Owsley County Public Library has a relief fund in place to assist those in Owsley County affected by the recent flood.
