We are looking to add to our existing customer service team with someone who is eager to learn about screen printing and embroidery and is interested in learning the skills to make our customers experience amazing! What you'll be doing:

Our Customer Service Associates, or "Account Managers" as we like to call it, deliver mind-blowing services to decision makers at all types of organizations. Here is how we do it:

• Work with customers on the budget, needs and details of their project
• Research/present garments and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with Art Department on designing the perfect layout
• Continuously research and stay on top of apparel and decoration trends
• Deliver your customer's Next Favorite Shirt™
• Smashing sales goals

What you’ll bring with you:

While we plan to mold you into a rockstar team member, we do need you to come in with a few sweet skills.

• High School degree
• At least 2 years of customer service, sales or serving experience
• Very strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, positive energy, enthusiasm and a passion for sales and relationship management
• Ambition, optimism and drive; striking a good balance between a competitive spirit and a team-driven attitude

• Ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with co-workers
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects of various urgency
• Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook or Google Apps such as Gmail, Sheets and Docs.
